We run a research and strategy internship program alongside the firm's own capital. It is deliberately small — a few people at a time, working directly with the founder.
Interns here are not shadowing. They audit strategies we run live, build new ones, and publish what they find under their own byline in The Dispatch. Some of that work is still on the site: coverage initiations, strategy teardowns, and the backtests that did not survive contact with the data.
